1. VALIDATY OF THE TERMS AND CONDTIONS
SABINA JÄGER, Tödistrasse 3, CH-8712 Stäfa, sells the goods offered in the online store to the customers under the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale (AGB). the prices for deliveries and services stated in this contract are in Swiss francs, abbreviated CHF.
2. SUPPLY AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
the contract between the customer and SABINA JÄGER is concluded only by the acceptance of the order by SABINA JÄGER. the order of the customer is made via internet and is binding. SABINA JÄGER accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation via e-mail.
3. PRODUCTS
all information about the goods is without guarantee. SABINA JÄGER makes every effort to present and describe the goods as realistically as possible. in the case of colors, a slight deviation due to the reproduction on the screen or printer can not be excluded. due to the age and origin of the used textiles, textile irregularities cannot be completely excluded. they are part of the product history. if the customer is not able to wash and iron a SABINA JÄGER product by himself, it is recommended to take it to the dry cleaner.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
all prices are given in swiss francs. if the delivery address is outside switzerland, the end customer agrees to pay all import duties and goods taxes that apply to international deliveries.
5. SHIPPING
SWITZERLAND: FREE SHIPPING (delivery time: 3 - 7 working days)
EU: CHF 15.00 (delivery time: 7 - 10 working days)
REST of the WORLD: CHF 35.00 (delivery time: 7 - 15 working days)
the items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. all orders will be sent by swiss post. shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the country where the order was made; therefore SABINA JÄGER is unable to guarantee delivery times. if the buyer refuse to accept his order, SABINA JÄGER will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
6. RETURNS
SABINA JÄGER offers a right of return for all purchased products within 14 days of purchase on condition that the products to be returned are in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging.
to return a product, a return authorization is required. to obtain a return authorization, please email info@sabinajaeger.com. please do not return any products until you receive the return authorization.
products with reduced price cannot be returned.
shipping costs, customs duties and all other costs incurred for the return of products are not covered by SABINA JÄGER and are to be paid in full by the customer.

refunds, if any, will be made to the account you used for payment after reviewing the returned merchandise. you will be notified by email of the approval or denial of your refund request.
7. LIABILITY
SABINA JÄGER's liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with swiss law. in the event of an exceptional case, SABINA JÄGER is only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
SABINA JÄGER collects all data necessary for the processing of your order and uses them only for this purpose. SABINA JÄGER is committed to protecting your privacy.
for the mailing list, SABINA JÄGER uses your personal information (such as first name, last name, e-mail address) only to inform you about news of the brand, upcoming exhibitions or presentations, sales information through regular newsletters by e-mail. SABINA JÄGER is obliged not to share any of your contact information with third parties or other organizations.
9. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
these AGB shall be governed by Swiss law. the place of jurisdiction is Zurich. for the sale of goods in the online store of SABINA JÄGER, the AGB in their version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract shall apply exclusively. these terms and conditions shall apply in particular even if they should differ from those of the customer. in addition, SABINA JÄGER reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions (AGB) at any time.
